For years, I desired to have long hair, or at the very least hold my hair in a ponytail, for nearly four years, it barely happened plus my edges were nearly as shiny as my face. I almost believed the lie that my genetic makeup was responsible for my short, thin unhealthy hair.

While in college, however, by God's grace, I began to do research on natural hair and shockingly discovered that my hair care habits were the root of the fruits I was reaping; dry, breaking, short unhealthy hair.
